My availability varies per week and depends on the number of photo shoots I have taken on per month. In addition to physical shoots on location, I schedule my working hours for meetings with clients, preparations for photo shoots and I schedule times when I do post-processing.

Would you like to schedule a photo shoot with me at short notice? Send an email (possibly a WhatsApp message if urgent) with the date on which you want to shoot. I prefer to schedule online intake conversations at the start of the day and preferably on Tuesdays and Fridays.

My rates are on request. Because every assignment is tailor-made, the rate depends on the wishes associated with the photo shoot.

Do you have a specific assignment in mind and would you like to know what I ask for it? Feel free to send an email to info@francesstefanie.com telling me about your wishes. Please indicate what type of photo shoot it is. Indicate how many images you want, the duration of the photo shoot and what the images will be used for. In addition, additional wishes can be indicated, such as searching for suitable locations and possible use of models, make-up, etc.

No, I do not work with an hourly rate. Since I often work with entrepreneurs who would like to know in advance where they stand. I work with transparent package prices. This includes 1 feedback round for post-processing.

If the customer requires a new feedback round, an additional charge will be charged, which will be clearly communicated in advance.

Yes and no.

First of all, you are free to use photos provided that the photo has been retained in its original state without applying your own filter or editing. If you would like to share a photo in a desired style (for example black and white), please contact me.

When sharing photos on social media, I always like to be tagged (@francesstefanie) when sharing these images.

Will the photos be published, for example in an article or in a newspaper report? Then mentioning your name + website is mandatory.

When selling the photos to third parties, this is always done in consultation with me.

Unfortunately, it can happen that a photo shoot is canceled a few days in advance. As much as I would like to move along, this is a day on which I can no longer take on new jobs.

If you cancel between 5 and 3 days before the agreed date, 30% of the agreed amount will be charged. In case of cancellation 3 to 2 day(s) before the agreed date, the other party owes me 50% of the agreed amount. If you cancel 1 day in advance or on the day of the photo shoot, the full costs will be charged.

In the case of special situations, I will always do my best to find a suitable solution together, but please keep in mind that I have had to cancel other customers to keep your place available.

"Can I also receive the unedited photos?" A question I am regularly asked. The answer to this is no. I'll tell you why.

Post-processing is an important part of my work as a photographer. It reflects my personal style and is the way people will recognize my work.

After you have selected the photos you want to transfer, the unedited photos will be kept in my archives for another 3 months. Until then, you can still request that it be edited.

After you have chosen which photos you want to see edited, the unedited shots will be kept in my archives for another 3 months. After this, the photos will be deleted from the server.

Do you want me to keep the images for longer than 3 months? I will then arrange for an extension, charging €10 per photo shoot per additional month.

I charge €0.23 per kilometer driven from Haarlem. Does the travel time take longer than an hour? Then I charge €25 extra per half hour.

Yes. I am open to assignments throughout the country.

For assignments that require more than an hour's travel time from Haarlem, I charge a rate of €25 per additional half hour.

Is it a multi-day photo shoot? Sometimes it is financially more advantageous to let me spend the night in a hotel. This is of course in consultation.

Yes. I am open to photo shoots abroad.

The costs of travel, accommodation and expenses are paid by the client. When working abroad, I ask for a down payment in advance.

Yes. Since this is year-round photography, I have chosen not to feature this on my main page. If you are interested, I will share my portfolio for this below.
